  Unfortunately, I have referred this company to several clients and Realtors, and while they may have a lot of positive reviews, on the last 2 referrals, they went in and did work without pulling the permits they were supposed to, and also charged the clients for. It appears that most of their phone lines have been shut off or disconnected. I'd stay away from this company pending a resolution to these recent issues. If the issues are resolved, I will update my review, if this review is still up, it is safe to say that they have not responded or have failed to properly address the problems.   Rooter360 did an outstanding job with our pipe lining in Coral Gables. The team was professional, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. The results exceeded our expectations everything is flowing perfectly now. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

  I hired Rooter360 to perform a whole-home re-pipe at my residence and was scheduled for service on Monday, July 14th. I confirmed with their office the Friday prior and even received an email stating a technician would be at my house that day. No one ever showed up. I waited all day on the 14th and repeatedly tried calling their office and service department, but I couldn’t get through to anyone. I followed up the next day with more calls—still no response from their service team or any management. At this point, I’ve had to file a credit card dispute. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Beware: do not pay cash to this company. Rooter360 will take your money and leave you with no service. Total scam in my opinion.

  I hired Rooter360 to clean out and Reline the Cast Iron Pipes in our home which is 3,125 sq. ft. The home is 63 years old and the Cast Iron Pipes definitely needed maintenance and a protective coat. Rooter360 sent out their Salesman Miquel to see me. He was a good listener, down to earth and not pushy and or aggressive. After receiving 4 or 5 estimates with pricing all over the board I hired Rooter360. A gentleman named NESTOR was the lead on the job. Two men worked their rear ends off for four days and they had a trench dug six feet deep and two feet wide in the back yard exposing the Cast Iron Pipe and cleaning Tree Roots and giving a separate access point for the Relining. The job was a hell of a lot of work and takes patience, and attention to detail. I was very pleased with the brushing out, high pressure clean out and then the Relining. I had 123 feet of Cast Iron to be cleaned and it's a major relief knowing is done. Be prepared w/ your Piping Layout of all the Cast Iron and the Toilets and as long as you know how many feet of piping you have to get lined it is well worth hiring Rooter360.

  William and his team at Rooter 360 are AMAZING! During my plumbing emergency, when my "usual" plumber charged me $175 to camera inspect my old 1953 cast iron pipes, (then told me it would cost a minimum of $30,000 to replumb my ENTIRE home), it was in pure desperation to find an alternative solution that I sought out Rooter 360. Who knew you could reline those old cast iron pipes for a 1/4 of the cost!?! And they will last years and years. Rooter 360 came out immediately after I contacted them, conducted a FREE camera inspection and returned two days later to complete the job. No tearing up of my property, no demolishing my brand-new bathroom and no interruption in my work day. Special shout out to both Steven and Gigi! They are exceptional in their customer service and product knowledge.
