- SFSean FordAug 25, 20251.0Unfortunately, I have referred this company to several clients and Realtors, and while they may have a lot of positive reviews, on the last 2 referrals, they went in and did work without pulling the permits they were supposed to, and also charged the clients for. It appears that most of their phone lines have been shut off or disconnected. I'd stay away from this company pending a resolution to these recent issues. If the issues are resolved, I will update my review, if this review is still up, it is safe to say that they have not responded or have failed to properly address the problems. (Response to reply: I am a realtor and can be found by searching "sean ford realtor" on google)

- BMben macJul 16, 20251.0I hired Rooter360 to perform a whole-home re-pipe at my residence and was scheduled for service on Monday, July 14th. I confirmed with their office the Friday prior and even received an email stating a technician would be at my house that day. No one ever showed up. I waited all day on the 14th and repeatedly tried calling their office and service department, but I couldn’t get through to anyone. I followed up the next day with more calls—still no response from their service team or any management. At this point, I’ve had to file a credit card dispute. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Beware: do not pay cash to this company. Rooter360 will take your money and leave you with no service. Total scam in my opinion.
