  I received excellent customer service today from technician Matthew McGill of Pipeliner Pros! He arrived right on time and explained in detail the video inspection that he would be performing. When completed, he went over the inspection videos in detail with me. He explained all my repair choices and multiple financing options. He was clear, concise, and very knowledgeable in explaining all my options. I feel very much at ease now in making my decisions on how to proceed with my plumbing repairs.   I am a retired General Contractor with over 40 years experience. My wife and I own a home that was built in 1960. The drain pipes at that time were cast Iron. Over time cast iron deteriorates and we began having back ups and clogs. I called I called several companies that advertised restoration. Typically they told me BS not knowing by background. I researched several companies that they could repair the pipes and would probably have to cut out concrete where blockage occurred. Not the right answer. Finally I found a couple companies that offered the process to reline the pipes. I received quotes from 3 companies, I was not impressed when I followed up on jobs they did in the area. Then in my research I found PipeLiner Pros. I was immediately impressed with the tech they sent to do my video inspection. The young man Matthew spent a lot of time and he was very through. When he completed his inspection he reviewed the video with me and described the damage he found and what the process would be if I wanted them to the repair. Of course I chose them. They were here for 2 day. When the completed the project, other than where they had to open up the area to access the drain line coming out of the house, you wouldn’t know they were ever here. I have referred some friends and neighbors in our HOA. They to are extremely happy with their repairs. Sorry to be so lengthy, but it is great when a company does exactly what they said.   I had been sitting on the hedge knowing I needed to get my deteriorating cast iron pipes fixed but was unsure who to turn to. After someone in my neighbourhood had had it done I reached out to them. Pipeliner Pros had done their job and I heard and saw first hand of what an incredible job they had done. I can only echo the same of my experience with Pipeliner Pros. From my detailed and thorough inspection, to scheduling and paperwork and then the hardworking team on site everything was seamless and stressfree. The onsite crew were on time, diligent, careful in my home and taped the floors. I was also kept up to date and any questions I had were addressed. Thank you Pipeliner Pros for your professionalism and a job very well done!
