- AHAminah HolasMay 13, 20251.0Sold me one of their brand pumps, even though that wasn't the model and brand I showed them when I went to purchase the pump. It hasn't been a year since we've had the pump. I have had two certified plumbers examine and test the pump. Both say it's not working but when my mom took it to them, they somehow put it on a machine and says it works. I think because she was an older woman they just showed her some type of illusion and said it was still working. I'm sure it's still under some type of warranty and could be replaced.
