- RGRachel GreenFeb 24, 20265.0You guys, this company is the best!!! I got home on a Saturday around 3:30pm and my air conditioner wasn’t cooling!!! Right away I thought oh Lord, it’s Saturday. No one‘s gonna be able to come out until Monday. I called and spoke to an AI receptionist who was really good but it ran into a little issue when scheduling my appointment and I wasn’t sure if somebody would really come out the same day as he offered. Minutes later, an actual human called me back and cleared everything up. The technician was at my house at 5:10pm. It was awesome. The technician was very professional, put shoe covers on his shoes and really knew what he was doing. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a couple of options. The AC was back up and running by 7pm. (It was frozen, so it had to thaw.) We’ve been using this company for over 10 years and they’re still really good. Everyone I speak to there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.!

We have 3 units and all are now on a maintenance plan where they flush out lines, change filter, check system while running and offer suggestions for better efficiency, but are not hard sells. Techs are friendly and even wear booties while inside the house which I especially appreciate! Would highly recommend.
