We have 3 units and all are now on a maintenance plan where they flush out lines, change filter, check system while running and offer suggestions for better efficiency, but are not hard sells. Techs are friendly and even wear booties while inside the house which I especially appreciate! Would highly recommend.

We can’t speak highly enough of Air On Demand, especially Ramon, Jonathan, Bernard and Johnny. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and worked great together as a team. We received texts when they would be coming, they arrived on time and they cleaned up each day before they left. Given the nature of the job, we were expecting a lot of dust and debris in the house but because of extra steps they took, that was not the case. Highly recommend Air On Demand!

I especially appreciated receiving a text with the technician's picture and an estimated arrival time, which is a great safety and customer service measure. The technician who performed the initial inspection was very honest and clearly assessed my issues. The cleaning team, Bernard and Stephano, did an outstanding job. They were highly professional, efficient, and clearly well-trained, not only in the cleaning process but also in their knowledge of AC systems. They completed the work, including the cleaning and fumigation of all my ducts and AC line, very effectively within 2 hours. I highly recommend Air on Demand based on this experience.

I talked to their AI assistant first, gotta say it was a little weird but also nice to know I wasn’t just leaving a voicemail that no one would listen to. Anyways, someone did call me back, she was super nice, and told me someone would come out that day. She was very honest and listened to my concerns. The technician, Jace, arrived earlier than expected and he was great. Love that they send a text with a picture of the person that is coming and he also called before coming to make sure someone would be home. Thought that was fantastic. He did a wonderful job, got to work fast and he was happy to answer all my questions. No complaints and would definitely recommend them for any of your AC needs.
