They refused to return me the money and kept insisting there was no mistake. I am currently exploring my legal options.

The flooring I purchased was of very poor quality—nearly half of it was unusable. Fortunately, I had ordered more than necessary. Additionally, they refused to accept the return of unused and unopened pallets. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.
