  Had a great experience with Josh & Don Bailey Flooring. We needed 2 bedrooms of carpet. Josh sent us pictures by phone. We narrowed into down to a few. He brought the samples to us, measured, we made a selection and had us scheduled that week. Love our new floors.

  Vince Mc Lemore from the North Miami store was very professional, knowledgeable is an expert in field. During my flooring buying process I went from shopping around to purchasing the flooring that I wanted. I was able to get labor and materials and installation all at once. No hidden fees, I am so thankful I got to work with him for this project.

  I had a really great experience with this company. Josh helped me out and was super accommodating from start to finish. He was attentive, informative, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He actually took the time to understand my budget and the style I was going for, and helped me choose a carpet that fit both without compromising quality. What stood out most was how customer-focused they are. It didn’t feel transactional. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting it right. I’ve worked with other companies before, and this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.
