  Arctic Fox Cooling is truly one of the best in the business. They serviced my home in Kendall, Miami, where I was experiencing issues with my AC unit not cooling properly. After reaching out, their team responded immediately and scheduled a visit for the very next morning (Saturday), which I greatly appreciated. They conducted a thorough assessment, clearly explained the issue, and provided photos and videos to walk me through everything in detail. They were transparent with pricing and even took the extra step to check my unit’s warranty, which helped significantly with the repair costs, including a coil replacement. A special thank you to Erick, Hector, and Alejandro for their professionalism and quality work on-site. And a huge shoutout to Mike, who was exceptional throughout the entire process knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the repairs, costs, and savings. Highly recommended!!!!!!!! 10/10 service for their responsiveness, diligence, professionalism, and overall execution.

  We can’t recommend Mike and Arctic Fox highly enough for any HVAC needs. We recently had Mike replace an old AC system that was causing humidity issues, although the process actually started months ago. What I appreciated most was that Mike didn't recommend replacing the unit right away as some other companies would, but he spent a few months working with us to identify the root cause, starting with the simplest and least expensive fixes and continually checking in to see how things were doing. He is an expert in the field and is very transparent on what’s worth the cost and what isn’t. It’s also been refreshing to work with the same person throughout the process and be able to speak with them directly, whereas some of the other companies in the area route you to an office line and you can get a different technician every time. Throughout the entire process, Mike was incredibly patient trustworthy and attentive. Even now that the job is done, he still checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly and working well for us. If you want someone who genuinely cares about getting the job done right, we highly recommend Mike / Arctic Fox.

  This is the best air conditioner company I’ve used. 5 stars for sure!! I’ve been with them a few years and the service is excellent! The technicians are very knowledgeable. I really recommend!
