  I called them on a Saturday morning to fix a clogged drain line, and received a call back within minutes. They had their technician Brady over to my house in less than 30 minutes and he was able to resolve the problem by snaking the drain through the vent stack on the roof. I recommend Petro Plumbing if you're looking for fast, professional and quality service at a fair price.

  I'm disappointed with the plumber that came out said that my toilet wasn't leaking, after I told him I've been having problems with it. I believed him. So I had to call hydroscout to come out and dectect the leak I had. Turns out it was the toilet I thought. So, bummed that I had to pay $400 for a leak that was found, and should have been found by the plumber I called initially. His name was Sebastian. Nice people, but maybe get some plumbers who know their job.

  Had an older outside plastic shower pipe break with the cold temperatures last night. Not sure why but is was not connected to the main water shut off for the house and it didn't have its own shut off so I had to shut the entire house down at the meter box. Called Petro and they had a plumber, Mathew, at my house on a Sunday within 2 hours. He fixed the issue, was a total pleasure to work with and made the set up better so I now have a proper shut off. Very happy with the service, communication with the company and the price considering it was an emergency call on a Sunday. And unlike another company I have used you answered on a Sunday when I needed help. That goes a long way with me!! Things that break or go wrong don't just happen Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm when its normal working hours. Its always during odd times and weekends. You understand customer service and how it works and when people need you its not always during normal hours but you answer and provide great service!! You just earned yourself a very happy new loyal customer.

  I called at 8 AM, a plumber promptly answered the phone. I explained I needed a toilet reinstalled, he understood and said he would be out to my house in 30 minutes. The truck showed up in about 20 minutes, the young plumber introduced himself and started to work. He explained to me what he needed to do, the cost, and asked permission to proceed. Within an hour he finished the job. He was very professional and very courteous. Excellent service!
