- DBDavid BurokerMar 27, 20261.0I am so tired of renting worn out equipment that doesn't work as advertised. I'm charged the same price as new or well-maintained equipment, but I'm often supplied with gear that should be dismantled or auctioned off. On too many occasions the gear rented was faulty and the work could not be completed in the allotted time- this makes customer unhappy. And this broken junky equipment problem has gone on for years. They just don't care to properly maintain the gear, and will send equipment to sites that doesn't work correctly. Sure, you'll get an apology, and maybe a refund. But the few hundred bucks for the equipment is nothing when compared the all the other people's time wasted and schedules not met.
