This place is a joke. The all male staff has a problem with arrogance, unprofessionalism and toilet humour. They are not too be recommended under any circumstances. Do business with these labourers at your own risk!!

As a contractor time is valuable, So if you want to waste time and patience's when entering this store you will lose both. If this is the best crew Trane has to offer, there headed for a Train wreck. Getting paid to sit on your Butt is not a luxury us contractors have time for. Just one more reasons Trane is losing its Contractors. My tech was here for over 30 min to find out they couldn't help him anyway with a return. My goodness couldn't help with a return.

This is a review on the quality of the Trane Product:
In December 2016 I wrote:
Built a new home with Arthur Rutenberg (Rosewood Homes). Approximately 15 months after we closed, the AC failed that was sold by Florida Breeze- was told it was an expansion valve and it was covered under warranty. Six weeks later the unit failed again (exact same symptoms). Second technician came out and could not find a problem except to say it needed freon. So, he recharged it but also said he added some dye so if there is a leak he could see where it is coming from. He also said the wiring was not right, and said he fixed that too. He came back a couple of days later and said he could not find a leak. He said let's see what happens and that if it loses freon again the leak must be in the wall. Fast forward six more weeks and on the afternoon of 12/23/2016 the symptoms returned. A new technician came out and after we told him about the first two visits - he responded -"there is dye all over the inside of the air handler - the heat exchanger has a leak". He said he would try to recharge the system until a new part could be installed. He later commented that the compressor has also failed and he cannot recharge the unit. He said he would be back next week (AFTER the holidays) to replace it. Today is Monday 12/26/2016 and somehow I have a feeling we will go another day or two in this above normal winter season. Our internal temp in the house 79 degrees and the fans don't do much to make it bearable. We are going to request a new unit - after all it is only two year old and has failed three times. The unit is a Trane - 17 seer variable speed unit. Trane's slogan' "Nothing can stop a Trane" probably needs to be revisited
On February 9th:
We are now 7 weeks from the above post. Guess what? The unit has failed AGAIN! Yes AGAIN. 4th failure in 6 months on a brand new unit. We asked for a complete replacement. We were told - No! Florida Breeze and Trane need to go where the temp in our home is hot as H.....
AND the slogan for Trane shold be "Nothing Runs on a Trane"
Why won't Trane stand behind their product. I suggest any consumer think twice after our experience.
