They are completely non-responsive to customer warranty needs and show a complete lack of competence even in handling the simplest of requests. Unfortunately, this poor customer/Dealer response is just typical of what you can expect from Trane Corporate. They are poorly managed and make the lives of Dealers and end-user customers impossible. I expect that at their current pace and speed Ingersoll Rand will be shedding this monstrosity that they have created. A once quality reputable company has gone to the dogs. Fortunately, we have choices so, the best choice is to go with another manufacturer, one that values it's customers and dealers. What an abortion. I have purposely not provided names as I will offer those later.
