    We just had Mike Willis install a new roof on our house in Brevard County. Everything about the process was outstanding. Danny came out at the scheduled time and went over all our options. He anticipated our questions and obviously has a lot of experience in this field. The workers arrived when promised and the work was done professionally. The workers were polite and made sure the area around the house was cleaned up when they finished. The contact person in their office, Rachel, kept us informed throughout the process. Danny came out after the roof was done to be sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Willis Roofing and Construction!!

    IMO The best roofing company in Brevard. They were a few hundred dollars higher than the lowest of 3 bids but rated the highest in costumer service. Rachel the office manager was awesome. Danny the salesman was the best. He took time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and walked around the house with me to explain the process. Very great to work with and no pressure. The re-roof took about 3.5 days and the roofers were great and cleaned up everything after the roof was done. I had the wind mitigation report within a few days. I had the roof replaced about 3 months ago and found one very minor leak. Within an hour of calling Rachel, they were at my house and fixed the leak. To me this shows they stand behind their work. Several of my neighbors here in Viera have told me they were impressed watching them and will contact them when they need a new roof.

    Very Professional and courtious. Both the Bathroom and Patio Teams always cleaned areas at end of each day, ensured safe for all. If we had questions, they would consult, get back with us, even if this may have slowed down the project. Their priority was ensuring we were happy and of course, it was done properly.

    We had an excellent experience with Mike Willis Roofing and Construction! They did a fantastic job on our roof—so much so that we had them do my mom’s roof as well. Both jobs were done with great attention to detail, and to this day, we’ve had zero issues. The entire team was professional and reliable, from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with, and Amanda was especially helpful—always prompt in getting back to us with answers to any questions and making sure everything stayed on schedule. We highly recommend Mike Willis Roofing and Construction to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!
