    I am a first time home owner. I applied for the MySafeFloridaHome Grant program and decided to contact Mike Willis Roofing for an estimate. I sent my initial inspection from the grant program and realized the rep they sent to do my estimate hadn't reviewed it first, so I had many questions. Regardless, because the rep seemed very knowledgable and courteous, I signed a contract with them to have them do work through the grant progran. Rachael was the one I was in contact with in the office. At first she was nice and courteous. However, it became increasingly obvious that my questions and concerns were agitating her. I am not a roofing expert. My questions and concerns were legitimate as I am the home owner that is contracting out to have work done. Rachel's responses to my inquiries made it increasingly clear that I was bothering her by asking questions and wanting information. Because of this I canceled my contract with this company. Good customer service goes a long way. I was never rude nor disrespectful. However, the way that I feel the office assistant came across through her responses to my emails made it obviously clear that this company does not care about good customer service. And as proof my last to emails to her went unanswered. I may be only one customer that they have lost, but I guarantee with the way they operate, I will not be the last.

    I can’t compliment these folks enough! After seeing their ad many times in a mail flyer, we contacted them to do a couple jobs for us. From start to finish the process was completely smooth. Everyone we dealt with, from the estimators and installers, to the front office people, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We feel the price of the jobs was very competitive and everything was professionally completed. We are very happy with the results. We have gotten estimates for further jobs as well. we feel fortunate we found them.

    They did my mom's roof last year and the crew was amazing. I called when we needed to remodel my kitchen. Mike & Tanner came out and sat down with me to discuss the options. THe new kitchen looks amazing and I will be using them again for the next project
