For over two weeks I tried to get them back after installing a brand-new 4.5-ton AC system that already had thermostat issues (the one they installed). At first, I reached a live person who told me there were no appointments for three days but assured me I’d be put on the “next available” list. A week passed—no calls. The next two times I tried, I got their “fantastic” AI message center, which promised someone would contact me as early as 8 a.m. the next morning. No one ever did. Buying new equipment shouldn’t mean getting ignored when it fails. After 2.5 weeks, I finally reached a live agent again, and eventually someone came out and replaced the defective part. Thank you for finally resolving it—but the long wait and lack of communication left a bad impression.

Brian called me when he was on the way and was able to provide me with an estimate that same day. Brian and Cori were both very efficient in getting me on the schedule and providing me with am estimate for a new system. I highly recommend them both and will be getting a new system installed in the next week.
