  We love our waterproof quality vinyl flooring from K&Y!!!!! Great experience with all the K & Y staff (Steve/Raymond/Jim and Lise) and its subcontracted installer, Bobby Balsingh. Company was very attentive to getting the job done on time as promised and worked with us to accommodate a personal payment plan. Was kept in the loop on the project at all times. Bobby is very personable and an excellent installer........ paid attention to detail. He was instrumental in helping me save a few bucks by giving me guidance on how many and what pads to use for all the furniture "feet". He handled all the furniture moving/disassembly/assembly with only an occasional assist needed from me with one or two bulky items of furniture. He kept the work areas super clean after each day's work. Overall, K&Y and Bobby Balsingh were amazing to work with and I received quality service and materials. K&Y will be my go-to place for any future flooring needs.

  What a great company to work with. Lisa and the staff there made sure that I picked the right carpet, pad and paint colors so everything went together perfectly. The had no problems with my delays on installing and that was a plus for me. They have two guys installing that are real pros. I couldn't have asked for installers. They didn't waist time and were in and out in five hours. When I'm ready to replace my tile, I know where I'm going.

  Stephen, Jim and Lisa are amazing! They are knowledgeable, patient, kind and excellent at their jobs. I loved working with them. My husband purchased our original high quality wood flooring that was damaged when we had a pipe leak under the slab of our home from K + Y Carpet One over 20 years ago. We went back to them to replace our damaged floor. Jim was able to give our insurance company an accurate estimate of replacement costs of our wood flooring because he and Stephen's Dad remembered all the details about the product. This helped us get fair replacement costs. If we need new flooring in the future we will definitely return to K +Y Carpet One! We highly recommend them. Laynie Fulton

  Very pleased with my recent tile upgrade. Jim helped me through the selection process and made that a breeze. Installation in a condo on a diagonal was a bit technical, but the end result was perfect! I only wish I had updated sooner. Will definitely go to K and Y Carpet One in the future for my flooring needs.
