Howard, the person who came out to measure the floor over measured by 2 and a half boxes. Two other times we have had floors installed, this is the only one who over measured by that much and because it was a special order we could not bring back the full boxes. What was the purpose of coming out to measure if the measurement is going to be that far off? The installers were great, they got the floors done quickly and efficiently.

The show room has a vast collection of all types of flooring as well as tile for any needed upgrade. I had been working with Brandon with different projects in my home for over a year. Recently he helped me with an entire home refloor which was overwhelming in the beginning. He was beyond patient with my indecision with countless borrowed samples and endless questions. Brandon's industry knowledge of product lines and specific installation needs were what sealed the deal. He often had to deal with my Chatgpt exploration which in the end lost to his reassurance and experience... Thankfully. The installers, Ceni and crew, were amazing as well. They are masters of their trade, in addition to being respectful of any and all my specific requests during install. Their attention to detail left me a flawless beautiful floor. Thank you Floors Direct, Brandon, Ceni and crew for my beautiful floors!
