  1 - star During a recent Airbnb reservation, an individual named Juan, who indicated he is associated with this company, had multiple vehicles displaying this company’s branding parked at my property without authorization, along with additional unregistered guests beyond the reservation limits. This caused significant parking issues, disturbances, and safety concerns for the property and neighbors. Due to repeated non-compliance with house rules, law enforcement assistance was required. Company management may want to review this employee’s conduct and the use of company vehicles, as this situation raises professionalism and liability concerns. A formal report has been submitted through the appropriate channels.

  I called due to some electrical issues we were having in the house. The staff answering was polite and able to promptly schedule a technician to come see what was going on. Today Desi came and performed a thorough inspection on the electrical throughout the house and the breaker box. During the inspection Desi discovered our ground and neutral were bonded twice which is a huge fire hazard. She was able to remedy the issue while here and now we can sleep better at night with peace of mind knowing it’s been fixed. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and speed with which everything was taken care of. 10/10 highly recommend using Eau Gallie electric and asking for Desi for all your electrical needs.

  Desi was just outstanding. Diagnosed gfi problem, explained in detail how to fix and was on task. Super job Desi, she is a winner.

  Eau Gallie sent Desi out to fix some problems with light switches that have been plaguing my walls fans and lights for years. She came out and found some previous technicians had used some...creative...ways to 'rig' my lights and fans. After some testing and head scratching; she went to work. Her diagnostic skills were top notch and spot on. Test test test...voila'! "When something comes together and you say "voilà" (pronounced vwah-LAH), it means "there it is," "look there," or "here you go". It is a French interjection used to express satisfaction, success, or to call attention to something that has just been finished or revealed. " It's amazing watching technicians like Desi, friendly, polite, top drawer skills and a great sense of humor to boot! Ty Eau Gallie and Thank you Desi! Everything works perfectly now!
