  Thomas Timothy was our maintenance tech. He was courteous and professional. He told us everything he did and made recommendations on how we could improve our system but didn't try to hard sell anything.

  Please don’t use this company my husband and I have been scammed. A sale person came @ 8:pm in the dark and told us our unit is out we have to replace it. It cost us close to $9,000.00 . After one month with the new unit our electric bill was $857 from $240 the second bill is projected for $1,030. The technicians installed the wires wrong, we are having cold and hot air at the same time. Nothing was wrong with my old unit only 8 years the repair will have cost us only $500. We are still waiting for them for repairs to repair the new unit. FPL inspector recommended us to turn off the unit until the company fix it otherwise our bills will be more than a $1,000.00 every month we are two seniors living in a small house with fix income. If I could give this company zero star I will. Please stay away from this company Del-Air Heating, Air conditioning .

  One of their employees, Gavin came out today. The fix was fairly easy. It is good to see a young person, such as Gavin having the responsibilities he has for such a young man. Seriously pleased with your company.

  Warning this company will try to scam you!!! My AC went out two days ago. I had Del Air out yesterday and the technician barely looked at the air handler and the outside unit, declaring that they needed to be replaced. Quoted total almost $24,700. Del Air had also sent out a sales person(Mary) that did nothing but high pressure sales tactics. Even bothered me when I said I needed 24 hours to consider. The next day I decided to get a second opinion and within 15 minutes of the new company’s technician arrival he found the malfunctioned part and replaced it. Total cost $450. What is even worse is that my house is only 4 years old and Del Air was the original installer for my system. Do not trust these people and always get a second opinion.

  Incompetent service center- do not use. Not worth the waste of time. Tried to schedule a simple service call and have been in a nightmare situation. Air conditioning has not been working for 5 days. Called on the first day and scheduled an appointment for 8a-10a next day. No one showed up. Called shortly after 10am and they said that the window moved to 4p-6p. Not sure why they couldn’t call me to tell me that. I let them know that no one is at the unit as it is too hot to sit and wait. They say no problem the technician will call when they are on the way so someone can meet them there. I hear nothing and call again shortly before 6pm. I’m told someone showed up at 4:05 and left because no one answered the door. I asked if there was a note to call before arriving they said yes. I asked why no one called they apologized and said sorry it won’t happen again. They reschedule me for the next day. Next day exact same thing happens. My window is 2-4. No one shows up. I call around 5:30 and they say the technician left a card at the door. Still nobody called me. The service center says they will “escalate to the manager” and then hangs up on me without scheduling an appointment. I call back the next day and I’m told they are too busy to come out but they can come the next day between 10-2. I’ve now been without air conditioning for 4 days, but I have a warranty with them so I try to be patient. Now today nobody has come I am 90 minutes past my window and have heard nothing. These people are incompetent. Will not be using them anymore. I am mad that my previous hvac company was bought out by them.
