- WHWendi hamelDec 27, 20255.0Trevor hamel here, I recently had an appointment scheduled with Darkside on a Tuesday, scheduled 2 weeks in advance, when I showed up for my appointment, they told me that I was not on the schedule (I had a card in hand with the appointment), and that I would have to wait till possibly that afternoon or reschedule 😡 Being a business owner myself, time is money and I didn’t have the time to reschedule or wait so I left!! When I got to my office, I started researching tint companies and Custom was the first one I tried…, I told them what happened at the other tint shop and they told me to bring it right over! Not only did I get exceptional service, and a great tint job on my antique truck…but when I couldn’t get some stuff off my windows a few days later, the owner had me come right over and come to find out….it was “overspray” from my previous paint job on the truck, and the owner took the time to scrape the paint off and clean the windows for me!😳😉 I see over a 1000 people a week through my business and anyone and everyone who asks me where to go for tinting…I’ll be sending them to this business hands down!
