  Great Company with Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff Brevard Cooling and Heating installed a whole house Rheem system for us. The entire business and its staff are top notch. Our salesman, Eric, helped us make an informed choice by discussing the pros and the cons of the various systems available. The installation team, Will, Michael and Matt, worked quickly and efficiently. They answered all of our questions along the way and left our house spotless. Our new air conditioner was working before they left. The people at the office have always been friendly and polite. They responded quickly to any questions that arose. When needed, they scheduled and sent a Service Representative within 24 hours of our call the two times we required guidance. Both Derek and Cody are very knowledgeable, thorough Technicians. They patiently explained how the settings in the thermostat impacted both the cooling and the heating functioning of our HVAC system. Additionally, both times they still examined our entire system, even though they had already “fixed” our issues using the thermostat. Every staff member we encounter had strong communication skills, were very knowledgeable and highly skilled in their roles. We highly recommend Brevard Cooling and Heat!

  Updated:In 2014 bought a Lennex solar ready AC system with $17k in solar panels. Now is time to replace AC and Brevard cooling and heating does not support my system anymore and Lennex is not selling that type unit anymore. Only choice given was to replace with normal AC unit and disconnect the solar panels then for me go find an electrician to see if I could use the panels another way. FYI I have had Brevard cooling doing AC cleaning and maintenance every 6 months ever since buying the system. Brevard did offer some assistance in helping me with getting a new unit.

  Recently had my entire AC system replaced by Brevard Cooling & Heating. Franco and his team of his installers made the whole process very easy. They were here on time. Did a great job and I am very pleased with the result. I would recommend them to anybody that needs their AC system replaced.

  Had a new units installed inside and out by Matt B and Jake. They were courteous and professional. They answered all my questions. I would choose them again. I’m keeping them for maintenance, too.

  Gabe did an excellent job finding the source of the leak in my home unit - a portion of the drainage tube had come loose. He was very pleasant & cordial, making sure my dog & I felt at ease. Since I was concerned about a leak, my appointment was expedited for the same day, so Thank You BC&H for excellent service!
