We didn’t want it to go out in Summer so pulled the trigger. Brevard Cooling and Heating did it all in 6 hours and it was an awesome job with a full Rheem replacement inside and out. Matt and Jake did an awesome job! The county inspector said he was impressed with the quality job and how clean it all looked. I have used this company for my 6 month checkups on my old Carrier unit for the last 4 years — so you could say I think very highly of them. No pressure, they just provided me options and I liked the deal they sold me on! Great company and team.

After having three bids done from separate companies, Brevard Cooling and Heating was our choice due to reasonable pricing, a warranty option, honest representation, and their ability to meet our needs (not the other way around). The Rheem unit we got has done well in the last year, except for a tiny leak that started within a month or two of installation from a small gap in caulking at one of the convention in the interior unit. A tech came out and fixed it quickly at no charge and no questions asked. Since then, there have been no known issues. Working with Brevard Cooling and Heating was a breath of fresh air after having a series of bad experiences with Freedom Air and Plumbing on a single issue we encountered with our old unit where the salesman lied about what the problem was and the scope, would not disclose itemized pricing, overcharged, didn't render the service they charged for, and the issue was never fixed, which was corroborated by two other second opinions from service techs at third party companies, and Freedom Air's own purchasing office when I called to cross-verify suspicious information I was given about a certain part. In other words, I have no regrets in choosing Brevard Cooling and Heating!
