    Eric was very personable and helpful. My coils were rusted, which was causing a leak. I had called around to several places about getting the coils replaced but received little to no help or answers. BCH came out, looked over my system, and offered a clear solution to replace the coils. After further discussion and research, replacing the entire AC unit seemed like the best long-term financial option. They came out, replaced everything efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and took the time to show me how to operate my new and improved system. They also offered financing options and helpful ways to save money. I’m very satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend BCH!

    I have been very satisfied with the services provided by Brevard Cooling and Heating. They installed a new replacement Rheem AC system just over a year ago. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything in a professional, courteous way. Then recently they called and scheduled the yearly maintenance check. No issues were found. The technician performing this check was also efficient and courteous. I do recommend BC&H for your AC needs.

    Brevard Heating and Cooling did a great job on our new system. Franco explained the differences between the system well and we felt comfortable with our choice. Matt and Kolin did a fantastic job with the install. Great price and a quick installation.
