  I had an A/C unit installed in 2023 by Brevard cooling and heating. Its stopped working twice now. They came out and repaired it about two months ago and it has stopped working again. They set an appointment to come out and fix it again but the technician said he couldn’t work on it because it was sprinkling outside. I called the office to reschedule another appointment but they wouldn’t be able to get out for another whole week. Mind you I have no A/C. Good thing I’m not an elderly person. Terrible service and they don’t seem to care that an A/C they sold three years earlier keeps failing.

  Kevin came out to do the system maintenance, he took his time and did a great job. He was able to answer all my questions and made some really good suggestions on how to keep our AC running smoothly.

  Our AC had stopped cooling. They sent a technician out the same day and they diagnosed the problem as a leaking coil. Gave us 3 estimates that were all very reasonable. As it was over a weekend, we had to endure the heat until they could get it installed. Took about 8 hours and now we are sitting in the heavenly coolness! Very professional and responsive. Would totally recommend!

  Brevard cooling and heating is a top-notch company to work with. They are quick to respond, and quick to get our install done. We called them on a Wednesday, sat down with a technician on the next day and was scheduled for the work to be done four days later. Tyler and Teddyshowed up on time and went right to work and we’re finished by mid afternoon. Their cleanup and run through of the new equipment was thorough. Their office took care of all permitting and setting up an appointment for inspection. They installed high-quality brand name equipment at a reasonable price.

  Short of two years ago, we moved to Melbourne, as our likely "last move of a lifetime". We met with Brevard Cooling & Heating at our newly purchased home, to get brushed up on the workings of the Hudd HVAC system that came with the home purchase. We were very pleased with the professionalism & information provided by the Representative so that when our HVAC system stopped working, we called them right away. Franco arrived, studied the system & presented his diagnosis: The Hudd system had met its lifetime end. Franco also, on the spot, put together4 different options & quotes, to replace our old system. He explained them all very well, including the warranty, answered all our questions & we chose a new Trane HVAC system for them to install. They returned in 3 to 5 days with a team of 3 to remove the old system and replace the new. They worked professionally well as a team, each working on their tasks & collaborating when necessary with each other to complete the job correctly. They cleaned up the area impeccably & explained the new thermostat and other parts of the unit. We are very pleased with the service that Brevard Cooling & Heating offers & provides. Coming from a Heating & Air Conditioning generational family business in the greater Erie County NY (Buffalo) area, I know quality makes a BIG difference in the HVAC industry. Brevard Cooling & Heating is a quality provider, through & through from sales to installation to follow up & maintenance. When calling the office to set up County inspection, the gales in the office are responsive, understanding & active to respond to your needs and concerns. Brevard Cooling & Heating is our go to place for HVAC issues and we highly recommend Brevard Cooling & Heating for yours as well.
