  I wanted to whole heartedly give Daniel Brock a thankyou on behalf of my wife and I. Daniel evaluated our plumbing issues and guided us through the process of repairs. He advised us with options and pricing. We had a big decision to be made, and we were thankful for his professional insights and personal thoughts. The process was easy and pricing was on point within our tight budget. Thank you Dan! We appreciate the fast diagnosis and high quality work. For any other plumbing issues, we'll be calling Dan Brock for sure.

  Not impressed! Tech showed up almost an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment and did not have the parts to do the work needed. I made it clear when I scheduled what needed to be done, and now I have to take another day off work. I am finishing a kitchen remodel and have been without water in my kitchen for almost 3 months so I was looking forward to this being completed today! Then they tried to charge me a service call fee, which the tech was able to get waived. Would not call them again in the future!

  Chase Cowell did a great job fixing all my plumbing issues in my kitchen sink area. He redid all the connections and replaced essential parts he found were damaged. My sink plumbing, garbage disposal, and water filtration system are all running great now. Chase was professional, knowledgeable, explaining everything he did while showing me images of the work in real time. He was punctual, courteous in my home, cleaned up the area he worked in very nicely, and was super friendly. A+ plumbing service! Thank you!

  Huge shoutout to Troy for the amazing service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He came out to The Junction and quickly diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue with no hassle at all. Troy was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly, which we really appreciated.   We received a quote of approximately $1,800 to replace 5 to 6 plumbing components, including shutoff valves and a laundry box. After further inspection, the issues were resolved through routine maintenance—tightening packing nuts and replacing a standard cartridge—at a total parts cost under $80. While I understand that contractors may quote for full replacements to reduce liability, it would have been helpful to also present repair-based options. The initial recommendation did not reflect the actual condition of the components. I would advise others to seek a second opinion when presented with large replacement quotes for similar issues. Thank goodness we did. Understand labor costs as well but they tried ripping us off by going an extremely expensive route, and charged us $80 to come out on top of it all.
