We worked with Courtney at first and then with Miriam and they were both absolutely wonderful. We came 3 times to look at different models, and Courtney always took her time to show us around and gave us an abundance of information. We worked with Leo as well and he was extremely knowledgeable and make us feel very confident with the warranty process. We love still seeing them around the neighborhood! We will be sad once all the houses are sold/construction is finished, then we won’t be seeing him anymore!

They came once and basically called me crazy because apparently the AC size was more than enough for this house. I filled the claim again because I'm having issues with the ac again and it's been 1 week and nobody has reached to me.
