I had been waiting for about two months for another contractor to get their things in order, finally I went to Nick and his coworkers Anna and Maria. Nick got things done very fast! we picked a floor brought samples, measured and filled out the Assoc. application all in a few hours!!! After about 10 days or so, so new floor is installed in two bedrooms ! It looks beautiful! Very professional crew came early and started right away! they where done in half a day!! I highly recommend this company, I got first class service by a gang of very professional and friendly staff!!!

- PGP GibbsJun 9, 20251.0Poor workmanship and inferior padding under carpet! I bought a new Construction home from CC Homes and Jason‘s carpet and tile installed the carpet and also installed the wood on the staircase. The padding under the carpet was recycled and was the worst padding I’ve ever seen. It has hard spots which feels like you’re walking and stones and they’re also areas that are squeaking because of the recycle material that they used. I called Empire Carpet out for a quote and their padding was much better. The owner came out to my home after I made multiple complaints. I showed him the padding from Empire. He said “yes he agrees it’s better and he would see what he could do.”He left my home and sent back to Cc Homes that he found nothing wrong. The staircase had to be done over as the sightings were not done correctly . The wood on the staircase was loose and needed to be fixed. Now 12 months later the wood is loose again . I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor Customer Service and poor workmanship. The owner doesn’t care as he starts his day after 11 AM as per his staff .
