- OAOlgi AlonsoMay 20, 20251.0As a condo owner, I was shocked to find that this company completed a basic repair without my consent — authorized only by the condo association — and then charged me $322 for a simple toilet wax ring replacement. This is an extremely basic and inexpensive repair, and the price I was billed is completely excessive. I feel taken advantage of and extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. I do not recommend this company and urge others to proceed with caution.

And when the new washing machine started leaking (a problem with the machine, not Wayne's work), I called Prout's and Wayne was back very quickly to diagnose the problem and to help me clean up the water that was on the floor. Prout's and Wayne did a great job and left me one very happy customer!
