  Mike the owner is the very best— sadly we had mold from the humidity and when we arrived on Marco we got a big surprise. Had no idea what to do ,we cleaned ourselves after 17 days of cleaning called Mike .The job was bigger than we ever expected— Mike came out and recommended a air handler a/c company as well as air quality expert to test our air — he spent time and as our testing went we didn’t need his company for big cleanup. We knew nothing and what ever he recommended we would have done. He’s hon and we can’t say enough about him. We threw out 70% of our furniture,mirrors,pictures,lamps etc A honest super guy !

  We spend the warmer month on Cape Cod. This fall, while on the Cape, a hurricane came up the west coast. The humidity in our Condo skyrocketed and the power went out. Without air conditioning, it made the perfect breeding ground for mold. When we returned to Marco, the condo was a total mess. We got several estimates and, during the walk through, interviewed several mold remediation companies. From the interviews, it was very apparent that Paradise Coast Restoration knew what they were doing. Mike, the owner of Paradise Coast, pointed out several areas that would likely need remediation that had been missed by other companies. He took time after the walk through to sit with my wife and me to answer our numerous questions. If you need to do mold remediation, it’s no fun. It turns your life upside down as you must move out while remediation is done. Having said that, Mike and Paradise Coast made the process as quick and painless as possible. I can recommend them – Five Stars, plus.

  Mike and his team were amazing throughout the process in helping us with an AC condensation pipe water leak. They were extremely responsive in the dry-out process and the restoration. We were extremely pleased and recommended them without reservation!
