I understand when you are at a job site and need “to go” . I furnished paper towels to use after ….. but he never washed his hands . No towels were used or water in the sink. I may be a bit paranoid after Covid, but I am not comfortable with employees using my bathroom and not using proper hygiene.
- PWPat WagerNov 6, 20251.0Was quoted $1040 to repair a mini split, paid half as a deposit, $520. When the tech returned to install the part I was told I needed another $1600 in repairs. Decided not to invest $2640 ($1040+$1600) to repair an 11 year old mini split that I purchased from Condee. Called manager at Condee to tell him to remove the new part installed that they determined would correct the problem. It did not work to fix the problem. I said I would pay for the labor for the service call and installation. They could come and retrieve the new part that was installed. Condee said they would keep my 50% deposit and did not want the new part. The tech was at my home twice for a total of about 2 hours at $134 an hour. Very disappointed in this customer service and this is the last time I will use or recommend them. Lots of other choices for AC vendors.

He answered all questions and provided me with information and recommendations on upcoming maintenance that should be completed. Cinder’s is the company to use for any and all Heating/Cooling and electrical service!
