- EEEverglade EarthworksFeb 17, 20265.0I’d give 10 stars if I could. Herc rentals in Malabar has the best customer service around. Not only did they beat all the prices I got quotes for, but when I had an issue with the 45 foot boom lift, they swapped it out with a new one within a couple hours. A few weeks later, this one had a coolant leak pop up, they comp’d four additional days for free and brought out a 60 foot lift. It would have been easy for them to be upset with the machines breaking down and costing them money, but rather than them trying to save a buck, they went the extra mile to satisfy their customer. I will recommend them over and over again to anyone who needs a rental!!

- WTWilliam TimmNov 14, 20255.0Rented a sod cutter to make a bed for a shrub line I’m making Home Depot has them at $155 w/tax for the day Herc has them at $132 w/tax No deposit was necessary just full payment up front And they are not like Home Depot that starts the time from the moment you talk to them You might start the process at 2:30 but not leave until 2:45 Home Depot starts the countdown since the moment you tell them what you want. I walked in at Herc yesterday around 2:40 the process was quick about 15 min or less when I was driving away I looked at the paperwork and the time started at 3 pm. I didn’t even have to mention that. I had more than enough time to do what I wanted + did more outlining my house and driveway This company is considerate with their clients. Definitely recommend to use any equipment rentals from here.
