  We are extremely pleased with the pressure washing and window cleaning services provided by famously clean. The team arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the job. I only wish I had called sooner and trusted the professionals to handle it from the start.

  Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The company advertises attractive special pricing, but in my case the actual pricing changed dramatically once Sam, the owner, arrived at the property. The advertised special for window cleaning was $147. However, after inspecting the windows, Sam counted each frame separately, explaining that because some windows had two sections, each frame should be treated as an additional charge, even though they were clearly part of one window design for a single room. This brought the total to nearly three times the advertised price. Although a “discount” was offered, the final amount still came out to roughly double the expected special price with 15% tips included. It is also worth mentioning that my window design did not require mosquito screen cleaning, since the screens are located inside the property and were not part of the service, which should have reduced both labor and cleaning time. Since the appointment was already underway and I respect people’s time, I agreed to proceed. However, the quality of service did not justify the final cost. The bottom slider door frames were not properly cleaned, and visible dirt remained in place despite the frame cleaning being specifically discussed and pointed out by Sam during the visit. I had also scheduled a separate pressure washing appointment for the driveway and walkways with the same company , again based on the advertised special pricing, with rust stains discussed in advance. Shortly after Sam, the owner, saw the property, I received another updated estimate that was far beyond what had originally been presented, so I chose to cancel that appointment. What concerns me most is the pattern: attractive advertised specials, followed by substantial price increases once the owner evaluates the property in person. My recommendation to future customers: ask very detailed questions, confirm exactly what is included, and get final pricing in writing before service begins. The marketing videos all over the social media are polished and convincing, but my actual experience did not reflect the expectations they created.

  I recently had my house pressure washed by Dustin, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Dustin arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took great care to protect my landscaping and outdoor fixtures. The difference after the cleaning was incredible, years of dirt, mold, and grime were completely removed, leaving my home looking fresh and almost like new.

  Famously Clean pressure washed, sanded and sealed out paver driveway and porch. They did a great job and now it looks like new. They were very professional, arrived on time, answered all our questions and did what they promised to do. We couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend them!

  Great Company, very communicative, and they do a thorough job. They’re very flexible in adding services and the quality is beyond the price they charge. Dustin and his associate were professional, outstanding, quick, and again, thorough. I had the sidewalk, driveway, front walkway, porch, and they moved patio furniture carefully and put everything back with care, added the fence wash, and will add the windows and gutters next time around. Now I don’t have to worry about my HOA sending me any letters lol. I even signed up for their quarterly washing for even a bigger discount. Thanks again, highly recommended!
