He was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him to others.

They told me that the equipment wasn’t in then later on the same call, they said the equipment was in and the technician could be there in an hour or so. 2. We rescheduled and I get a text same morning saying they’re going to a different location than I had given them. 3. I consider myself a loyal customer having used Maitland, Winter Park, plumbing for over 30 years. The problem is they don’t update or listen to you and had the technician going to a prior home of mine that I haven’t lived in in almost 10 years. I like the service and I know I pay more for them, but I believe they have good technicians. The business side of Maitland, Winter Park, plumbing leaves a lot to be desired.
