  The crew was very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job on my septic replacement we had no disruptions in service and there pricing was very reasonable. I have been very happy with the system in the following months since they have left.

  Had them pump out the cess pit. Not only is there broken poo covered concrete all in my back yard now, but it still over flows (2 days after they left) and now I have more poop puddles thanks to the excavator they destroyed my back yard with. I would tell my owner but they hit him over the head charging him for that half ass job. Be better. Now my kids can't play in the back yard at all. (3 stars because, hiring smart workers is hard in 2025, not all the companys fault)

  Called for an EMERGENCY sewage backup issue. After the second call, got someone on the phone. Was quoted $550 for an hour service call. Ok. Middle of the night no other options. Send em. No eta was provided. An hour later I call back to see when they’re coming. No answer. Left a voicemail requesting a callback with the eta. 1/2 hour later. No call back. I called again and… yep no answer. I left another message. This time I instructed them to cancel the callout because if they can’t even reply or give an eta, how many hours do I wait with sewage flowing in the floor in two bedroom a hallway and the kitchen? Definitely call ANYONE else.

  We have a house on the market for sale, and after having an open house we found that someone had put a ton of toilet paper in one of the toilets. After flushing it down we started having a clog issue. Let's just say "The water, she's was a rising" Called Joey & the crew at Roto-Rooter in a panic, as we had a realtor scheduled to show the house later that day. Dakota & crew showed up in no time, got right on the job and had the issue resolved well before the appointment time. And I'll tell you the task went well beyond just running a 6 ft snake to clear it. I would highly recommend them & they will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.
