They not only responded to my request for a quote in record time but helped us navigate a horrendous decision we made to buy vinyl flooring from Floor & Decor (avoid them at all cost). Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Ben has the best product and service in Lutz. We spoke to all the others and simple Floors were by far the best all around. Our floors are absolutely beautiful now.

They still got the order wrong and wanted me to pay 15% restocking fee plus shipping (380.00 dollars) to send the order back when it was their fault. I was forced to used something I didn’t want even though they made the mistake. They lady said there was nothing she could do because I had already signed the contract. All they care is about making money and not satisfying the customers.
