  The billing dept. is a hot mess. The owners need to fire them all and start over, they have no idea what they are doing. They have lost a customer with their bait and switch tactics.

  My gas tankless water heater stopped working. I had a local plumber come out twice, and they charged me $400 to tell me that it needed to be replaced, and gave me a quote for $3300 to replace it. A friend recommended Bella, so I gave them a call. I dealt with Amanda over the phone, and she was able to provide a more competitive quote and schedule the job quickly. Travis did the install, arrived on time, and completed the job in a couple of hours. Also, one of the upgrades was not needed, which they were honest enough to deduct $175 from the quote after the install. I felt the other company was price gouging me, whereas Bella was the opposite and gave me a great deal as well as excellent service, the whole job cost me $2000.

  Lazy, ineffective, and incompetent -- but absolutely prepared to charge you for services they didn't even render properly! We had an issue with hot water in a guest bathroom. Bella Plumbing sent a technician out and all he did was replace a cartridge using a spare that WE had on hand. Then he "tested" our water and confidently said "it's hot!" and left. The water--as it had been before his visit--would run warm for a minute before running out and being ice cold. He did not "test" it long enough to realize it had not fixed the problem. We called Bella multiple times after realizing very quickly that the problem had not been solved, but we received no answer and they had a full voicemail box. We researched on the internet for a solution and it turns out it was a basic issue that should have been completely obvious to a "plumbing professional" -- we were remodeling our master bathroom and did not have a mixing valve installed yet -- which the Bella Plumbing technician even saw because he looked at the master. Why didn't he immediately realize this was the issue, when we learned that was a basic troubleshooting problem that instantly fixed the issue after having to resort to doing our own research after his failed visit? But oh, you can be sure Bella Plumbing is hounding us about an invoice! Do not call this company -- just call someone who is actually competent instead.
