I had a local plumber come out twice, and they charged me $400 to tell me that it needed to be replaced, and gave me a quote for $3300 to replace it. A friend recommended Bella, so I gave them a call. I dealt with Amanda over the phone, and she was able to provide a more competitive quote and schedule the job quickly. Travis did the install, arrived on time, and completed the job in a couple of hours. Also, one of the upgrades was not needed, which they were honest enough to deduct $175 from the quote after the install. I felt the other company was price gouging me, whereas Bella was the opposite and gave me a great deal as well as excellent service, the whole job cost me $2000.
