  They came and removed our solar pool heater from our roof while we had a new roof put on and came back after to put it back on. They did a good job and had the best estimate, reasonable price.

  The office team, Melissa, was great helping with me as I worked through a cost effective solution for my old leaking pool solar panels. Once we decided on a plan she set up the appointment provided the contract, with no surprises, and we were set for installation. The installation team was on time and prepared to remove the deteriorated leaking panels, haul them away and of course install the new HiTec panels. They worked quickly, cleaned up all debris and explained the operation and maintenance of the new system. Overall, could not be more pleased!

  Mike serviced our solar panels today following my fear that I did not manage the pool pump and solar panels appropriately during a hard freeze (24 degrees). There were leaks coming from the panels and I was certain I had messed up causing them. Mike’s inspection found that the connections between the panels had expanded to the point where these connections were the source of the leak. All connections were resealed and no leaks found after a test. A very expensive problem was now an affordable fix and I am grateful. Great job MIKE!

  UPDATE: The owner Gary called me after seeing this review and apologized and made it right. Appreciate that. So unhappy with them! We've had pool solar heat with them for 11 years. We had our annual check up which we paid just under $200 for. After they left my husband went on the roof and found broken straps and pieces out of place. We called and spoke to Randy who apologized and said they would send them back to do the work that we had paid them for. At this point we have lost all confidence in this company. If we hadn't looked we would have paid for nothing. So unprofessional. We needed new panels and the company they used went out of business so our warranty was no longer good. We asked for our check up money to be returned, at least partially but no response. We decided to go with another company to replace them. The new ones don't need to be checked every year. We have spent 1000's over 11 years for check up's with Coast to Coast. I would not recommend them.
