Absolutely. Here it is clean, ready to copy, and formatted specifically for Google Reviews. You can press and hold to copy the whole thing. ⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ PES Solar Installation was delayed, and after activation my electric bill remained unusually high. PES Solar told me to contact FPL for an energy survey, and FPL confirmed everything on their end was fine. I contacted PES Solar again and was told by their support technician, Jacob - there seems to be only one, that my system was working properly. Unsatisfied, I contacted the manufacturer, Enphase, who ran a system scan and found one line producing 120 volts and another producing only 3 volts, when both should have been producing 120 volts. Enphase explained this would cause my production to be reported incorrectly to the utility company and would affect how much energy I was credited for, and that this was most likely an installation-related issue. When I reported this back to PES Solar, they dismissed the manufacturer’s findings, stated the issue did not affect my electric bill, and told me I would need to pay $240 for repairs. They later claimed I had not been producing power since October 2025, which Enphase directly contradicted. The technician also stated that the manufacturer did not know what they were talking about. In addition, communication from the finance department was unprofessional, and overall it felt like there was little concern for the quality of work or the customer’s experience. Solar is a major investment, and customers should not have to chase answers or dispute findings from the manufacturer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend PES Solar. The only person that was congenial and helpful was the actual sales man, and one actual technical who comes out to fix the system by the name of Michael. The sales man I found out no longer works there, but they were the only two with seemly customer service training.

I had 15 solar panels installed and a water heater to heat the pool water. The panel Installation went well but the water heater pump is a totally different story. I have contacted them several times about the amount of water that is puddling below the pump. After numerous calls a tech came out and told me it was condensation that naturally occurs. He did not perform any kind of work but told me the supervisor would be out the following week. Almost 2 weeks passed without anyone from PES. I called and spoke with Eric who told me it was in the schedule to be assigned out but had not been assigned yet. A few days later a tech arrived. The pool pump which is on a timer hadn’t turned on yet so, of course, there was no water going through the pump and therefore no water pooling. He did level the heater pump as that was believed to be the problem why the water was pooling on the deck. The following day when the pool pump Tue ed on and the heater pump kicked on again water puddled on the deck. Additionally I noticed the heater pump was not even reaching the desired temperature. I called the office 4 times in the last 3 weeks and have left messages for a return call. However I have not received a call back nor has anyone arrived to address the issue. Customer service and fulfilling the promises of thoroughA and excellent installation have not even come close to the minimum. I seriously suggest researching the reviews before following thorough of this company

Their driver did a u-turn through a yellow light that went to red and then blocked the intersection in Jupiter. The guy had big thick fluffy dreads and I could not get a truck number. This is not acceptable and he should be fired. You should choose more wisely when you hire people to represent your company

EDIT: Spoke with Eric, who promised he'd research and get back to me. That was weeks ago and they've not taken any action. Avoid. Bait and Switch. When PES Solar was trying to sell me a a new system in 2022, I expressed concern that I'd be replacing my roof in a few years and it might make sense to wait. "No problem", I was told, "If you buy from us and later use our roofing company, we will take down and reinstall your panels at no charge!" That assurance made me decide to go through with the $40,000 purchase, but not being a fool, I had the owner, Wendi Miller, sign a contract addendum assuring me they'd honor their word when the time came. A few months ago, needing to replace my roof, I reached out and got a bid from their roofing company. While it was the 2nd highest bid I received, it would've made sense to use them since the panel takedown and reinstall would be about $10,000. However, they refused to honor their contract and only offered a $50 discount per panel which made the price about $8000. Phone calls and emails to Ms. Miller or anyone in management were ignored. No one had the courtesy to even take responsibility for breaching the contract. When I give my word, that's it- you don't even need a contract. This contractor will sign their name on whatever to make a sale and then disregard it to make a buck. Avoid at all costs.

TITLE: WARNING: Warranty Is Meaningless When It Comes to Service Calls! We chose (PES SOLAR)about four years ago, and I must admit the initial installation process was seamless and professional. We were assured of a comprehensive warranty covering the system's performance and components—a major factor in our decision. However, that peace of mind vanished recently when a core component failed. Our gateway/monitoring system stopped communicating. This isn't a minor annoyance; this piece of equipment is essential for tracking production, verifying the system is working properly, and, crucially, for validating the terms of the performance warranty. When I contacted the company for support it was a whole different story .and a world of excuses.
