From my understanding of what the PES onsite tech said: The way that they installed the system, sent a surge to my genarac that fried the powerboard in my generac. The system i paid for was 32kw, with batteries, and interphasingwith my exiting generac. I emailed their engineer Todd Conte a few times, he seemed interested to help, but has sense blown me off. Now, I've got a Generac that is broken for over a year. I've had to turn them into the attorney generals office, and they STILL don't care/won't call/blow me off. I paid for a top of the line system and their follow/service failed. I would not reccommend them. Find a partner that will back up their work and make things right after the check is cashed, PES doesn't.
