  Called first thing in the morning because my heat wasn’t coming on. Less than two hours later a technician was on the way to my house. Todd was super efficient at diagnosing the problem, a pinhole in the low side charging line. He was able to repair the line quickly and recharge my system with freon, and get my unit back in working order. Can’t say enough about his professionalism and friendly attitude. Won’t call anybody else for my HVAC needs!

  On 8/22/24 Called Touchton's Heating And Air Conditioning Inc.Told Them That My Out Side Unit Was Kicking In An Out But Fan Was Not Spinning.One Of The Tech Came Out That Day Which Was Mr.Todd.Took Him Less Than 15 Minutes To Diagnose The Problem Which Was The 40/5 Run Capacitor.Installed A New One And The Unit Run Fine.My Problem Is That I Was Charged $100.00 Dollars Plus 72.00 Trip Charge And 3.5% For Paying With Debit Card.The Capacitor Does Not Cost No More Than 20.00 Dollars Each Any Where.I Thing Being A Senior They Would Have A Better Price .But I Guess That's How You Take Advantage Of People..

  Our A/C quit running last night. We called Touchtons of Live Oak and they were very supportive and kind as well as professional. They came out the following day, sooner than expected, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable amount. We have rarely had such professional vendors to our home since we moved here about 5 years ago and trust me, we have had quite a few with our remodeling efforts. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Touchton for being such a great company!!!
