Todd was super efficient at diagnosing the problem, a pinhole in the low side charging line. He was able to repair the line quickly and recharge my system with freon, and get my unit back in working order. Can’t say enough about his professionalism and friendly attitude. Won’t call anybody else for my HVAC needs!
- EPElectronic ProjectsJan 6, 20241.0My HVAC Package Unit was installed incorrect by home contractor, lasted about 6 months, then quit, call Touchtons for a better installation, techs came out and could not find any problem, I had to show them where the failure was, and why unit was not working. Then the techs response, wow ! how did that happen.. Techs went to shop to get material, attempted to repair installation, and did the repair the EXACT same way as the incorrect installation, just replaced the damage material, the same way as was orginally installation was done. Another 6 months and I would be right back with the same failure. Ask my neighbor for some help, we ripped out all the expensive Touchtons, repair attempt, and order material and did the job. Amazing, the quality of work.. And it was not even summer, with hot and humid weather.. .

They came out the following day, sooner than expected, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable amount. We have rarely had such professional vendors to our home since we moved here about 5 years ago and trust me, we have had quite a few with our remodeling efforts. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Touchton for being such a great company!!!
