    Very disappointing he told me I needed a new air conditioner or at least parts since I have a warranty and it would cost me over $2200 and I had a second opinion and they told me my air conditioner was fine.i don’t trust this company now .

    Mr Hernandez was polite and professional. He informed me the refrigeraterant levels were low and another appointment was needed to isolate and fix the leak. 20 minutes later my credit card was hit for $130.50. Then a representative called to schedule the next appointment. When I asked why I was charged another $130, she told me my $199 payment did not cover the diagnosis of “low refrigerant”. That what I paid for was a 14 point inspection, which he was unable to do. However the $199 annual membership clearly states “check refrigerant levels and pressures (see attached). I either want my $130 back and have that visit count against my 2 annuals, or my $199 back, as the $130 was what I was quoted for a single service call.

    No one showed up Called in the morning to confirm appointment I was told the technician would be there between two and four And that I could expect a text from the technician when they were on their way Never received a text or phone call from the technician or the office stating that they were not going to come
