He informed me the refrigeraterant levels were low and another appointment was needed to isolate and fix the leak. 20 minutes later my credit card was hit for $130.50. Then a representative called to schedule the next appointment. When I asked why I was charged another $130, she told me my $199 payment did not cover the diagnosis of “low refrigerant”. That what I paid for was a 14 point inspection, which he was unable to do. However the $199 annual membership clearly states “check refrigerant levels and pressures (see attached). I either want my $130 back and have that visit count against my 2 annuals, or my $199 back, as the $130 was what I was quoted for a single service call.
