  I was told I needed $600-$700 worth of work if the $250 of work they completed didn’t work. After some research all I needed was a $2.00 piece that was easily installed by someone with no plumbing experience. I’m hopeful this was just an oversight and not common practice.

  Thank you for excellent service.I found my kitchen sink was leaking Sat.- floor of cabinet was full of water.I called;someone retd.my call very quickly.Wade came- courteous, very knowledgeable,immediately found the problem and started to work and replaced the parts.Thank you.

  I called Dunstan (mistake) to check low hot water pressure in the shower. They charged me for the following: They did not give me an exact determination of the problem. Unfortunately, they did turn on the water while the hoses were disconnected, this caused a whole in the ceiling. That was on 2/9 today shower ceiling finally being repaired. Still no determination on the hot water issue cause! Three days waiting on repairs to be completed so I can call a reputable company to check water issue. They came out and provided no results, damaged the ceiling taking three days to repair and bill me for the trip! Poor ethics in my opinion! Won’t use or refer them, that’s for sure! No accountability! They said accidents happen! (It’s how you respond when they do that matters) So does billing people for substandard services! Look how they left the water shut off box. Wasn’t that way when they got here! So now I have a ceiling with a different color spot and texture! Clearly I would be better off never hearing of Dunstan!

  WATER HEATER: Jason (technician) was very polite and professional, arrived on time, wore a company shirt, had a clean and organized truck. These attributes are often reflective of the overall company. Quick and clean installation of a new electric water heater. Jason made a few modifications to improve the original installation and left site as clean as he found it. I come from a family of small construction businesses and I thought the price was fair. I will recommend them to friends.
