  We ordered solar shades for our sunroom in March 2026. Lisa came to measure and installed approximately 3 weeks later. She was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our blinds!

  Lisa came out, promptly, to give me a quote on new vertical blinds, as a few broke off. No up sale, no pressure, just pure honesty & efficiency & all I need is a new bar that holds the blinds!! Highly recommend! My day has been made😊👍🏼

  When agreeing to doing the blinds and paying deposit of 1000, agreed to paying 1300 upon completion and to be there with 72 hour blinds at mom's house in case she had questions about the blinds, initially they said 12 windows at 2200 but raised it even tho 11 windows and the sliding glass door was to be done to 1300 a total of 2300, they went over did the blinds without us present, then went into my mom's account and took 1438 before we even approved or inspected the blinds, unaware they already taken more money out of her account because two, the front window and the sliding glass door blinds looked horrible, they claimed static electric as the cause. but said would fix them on Friday with us present and that they would call us to let us know when to meet there. we went over Friday after not getting a return call and inspected to see if the blinds had been fixed, they were, then we found out from the bank you had already took money from her account before any such approval had been done and took more than we agreed upon. they robbed her of an extra 138 dollars from her account. I am shocked by the way they handled this, bully rushed her, gave her no right to understand anything about the blinds, then used static electric as excuse never mentioning any possible static electric as a cause of messed up blinds in the first place tho it looked as if the blinds were not installed properly, they did not allow her to be there thu the process and took money from her even before approval and more than what was even owed for a job done right. i sent a letter asking the overbilled portion 138 be returned to her account ,Monday morning Lisa called again very rude and said she took out 138 due to taxes, even if i were taxes it would have only been 78 dollars at 6 percent not 138, i called the Sherriff and they said it was civil, called the bank and i put 60 dollar over the possible tax amount into dispute, allowing 78 dollars for a possible remaining tax amount. thru out this process Lisa was very rude and they not once allowed my mom to be a part of the process or allowed her to see what they were intending on doing, nor did they claim static electric could be an issue tho again i think the two windows were not installed properly but they deprived us the option to be there when they were repaired, and they had no right to take the money out of moms account without approval or before the job was done much less more than the agreed amount. Edited on 2 23 2026 after seeing Lisa comment Lisa has not been honest at all told us 1000 deposit and 1300 upon completion, did not mention more or extra for taxes at that time, and I suggest anyone hiring this company see all the other reviews on Yelp that have also gone thru a nightmare from 72 hour blind factory in Lecanto, Citrus County Florida. Also, we did not give her permission to reenter the house without us being there, so if she went in on the 23 after I wrote this review, she was trespassing and entered without our knowledge and without our permission.

  Very professional, efficient and were very kind to work with us through a situation that had nothing to do with them, where we had to hold off on our installation, We HIGHLY recommend them and we are going to order more from them again.   Wife and I bought a home that needed two blinds, one in the kitchen and one in the mud room, the lady that helped us was a very kind and courteous person all smiles 😊 On the other hand the owner from the begin was very rude to us and belittle her employee!!!!! We are going to replace all blinds but NOT there… The name of this business is 72 hour blinds but it would take 3 weeks to deliver 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think she needs to do away 72 hours…
