  I needed my home telephone line checked, which is not the usual service provided by Thomas Edison Electric. I thought I had a short in the wiring outside at the service connection to my home. Ryan Ross, the General Manager, made the service call at 6:00 PM on a Saturday evening, which again is highly unusual for an electrical company. I mentioned I had Spectrum internet and home phone service. He then asked if my base station was plugged into the router. It was not. He suggested we try that. Lo and behold, the phone worked fine at the base station as well as the other locations throughout the house. When I asked what I owed him for the service call, he said nothing. He was glad to be of assistance. I even offered him a cash tip, but he refused that too. I can only sum up this experience with the following words: HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CARING. These traits make Ryan, and Thomas Edison Electric, a wonderful company to deal with. I will always use them and I urge you to do so also. Rudy Krajcovic Holiday, FL

  Josh did a great job installing our new fans for lanai. He explained everything he was doing and made sure all our questions were answered. Very knowledgeable, cleaned up area. I'll definitely call Thomas Edison for our next project.

  Josh from Thomas Edison electric was awesome! He took the time to explain the details of the work to be done. He also was able to work with us on the price. He is polite and a friendly man. I would highly recommend him.

  Cannot say enough good things about Ian and Ryan!! They were on time, discussed what they were going to do, did the work and no mess. I am very happy with the excellent work. Awesome job!

  Josh was GREAT 😃😃😃. He fixed what I needed done and even listened to me whine about my life .... Everything works now and he came out almost immediately after my call for help. Can't ask for more!
