  Susan and her entire team did a great tranformation on our kitchen/living room. Love my new kitchen and floors. Susan put together the perfect look for us. Would and have highly recommended S&L . Quality workmanship and stayed in my budget.

  Working with S&L Interiors on our kitchen remodel was a great experience. Susan and Vivian came to our house and offered several new ideas, one of which we went with. They created a 3D model, which we tweaked a couple of times before the final drawing was done. They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, even when we changed the design or color scheme. The kitchen installation was done professionally with lots of attention to detail. Huge thanks to the team, including Dane, Will, and Mus.

  Susan did not return my phone calls after leaving numerous messages regarding cabinet pulls. I ended up having to purchase two off of Amazon because they didn’t take into consideration that I had two odd size cabinet pulls. I was very patient and understanding that they were out of stock but I asked to please be notified when they came in. Never was notified. Very disappointed.

  We had a few bumps along the way, and communication was a real problem. We had already picked out what we wanted for our new kitchen and Susan kept switching it out without really discussing it with us first. What should have been a one to two week remodel turned into 6-8 weeks. We have a small kitchen. Susan came highly recommended and I will say on a personal level she is quite the conversationalist, but a little pushy defending her changes. A few things that were supposed to be part of the remodel were left out. I discussed this with Susan and she assured me it would be taken care of (no charge). Haven''t heard one word from her. I also,, want to point out that the counter top we received was not the one we originally wanted, and we had maybe 5 very plain tops to pick from So as of today, we have noticed marks on our counter top in a few places that only show up when the light hits it, but they are clearly marks that should not be in the quartz they installed. I gave S & L and 3, because some things were done well and in a timely manner, but I struggled with the 3. I owned a business for 20 years that was customer based, and frankly, I would have never changed a thing without customer's approval and satisfaction.
