  Mister Sparky was quick and accommodating. Came day after I called and was able to run wire from my garage and install a Ring floodlight. Got quote and completed the job same day. Only downside is that you can’t compare prices and it struck me as a little pricey. But traded that for the convenience of just getting it done. The technician Ben was super polite and did a great job. Plus he helped me move all my stuff back into the garage. So very kind.

  I disconnected two GFI switches in my garage with a total of four wires. .I had two of them reversed. So I called Mr. Sparky for some troubleshooting and a price. Chris The technician was a very nice man. He had to report to his superior. They wanted $400 to fix two wires. Who would pay $400 to troubleshoot something. I tried to reason with the manager Jesus, but he wasn’t having any part of it accompany like that will lose business rather than gain business by scaring people away. I called him up and suggested 195 might be a good starting point not 400 however I called a competitor they were here in a half hour. They charged $89 to show up and apply that towards a half hour work. My total bill was $95 to fix two wires. Their prices are very high.

  We had them come out and redo our electric, and everything seemed fine. Other than the light fixture they didn't replace after removing. But they moved our breaker box and told us they were going to relabel it because it was labeled incorrectly. Fast forward...we had a water heater issue, and the plumber needed to turn off the breaker to the water heater in order to fix it. The label marked water heater was not for the water heater, the water heater stayed on after it was drained and burnt out. Now I have to buy a new water heater because they didn't do what they were supposed to.

  Ronald Riggenbach was so nice and thorough! Definitely will inquire his expertise in any future businesses! He’s got a customer for life! Also the lady who booked my appointment was so nice and understanding and made sure to explain everything to me concerning appointments and estimates! I would definitely recommend this company and especially Ronald!

  After seeing sparks flying out of a ceiling fan, I called a couple of companies around 7 PM. Mr. Sparky was the only company that replied and agreed to the emergency service. Promptly by 9:30 PM, the technician, Mr. Assylbek came to the house to diagnose the problem, offer a solution, and assist in contacting Duke for a fast resolution. The same night, Duke fixed the wiring on the meter, and the next morning, a second tech came to the house to complete the necessary repairs on the electrical panel. Daniel Murza arrived on time, was very patient with all my questions, and completed the work on time, professionally, and clean. Not sure if the price was the best, I did not compare, but peace of mind and knowing the repair was completed when I needed not when it was convinient plus my family's safety is important Very happy with Mr. Sparky services and I would recommend
