  West Coast Windows installed all the windows and doors in my newly built home back in 2020. Since then, the house has been through three major storms— including Helene and Milton—without a single leak. Meanwhile, many neighbors and nearby new-construction homes dealt with significant water intrusion issues. I’m now building another home and hired West Coast Windows again to install all my new PGT windows and pocket sliding doors.   They got the measurements wrong on our pivot door, and we ended having to spend thousands more to cut out our walls to make it fit. It also took almost a year to get it ordered and installed. If they had made it right, o would have given them a good review, but alas, they didn’t. We didn’t have any other options for pivot doors in the area, but if we had, we would have totally gone elsewhere.

  Don’t waste your hard earn money here. Bad first experience won’t use them again!!! very unprofessional Anthony in shop speaks rude and don’t know much about questions ask regarding my ordered products.
