  I have used Munyan Roofing for two roof repair projects in 2024 -the most recent of which involved fixing trim and soffit damage to a section of my roof as a result of Hurricane Helene. I was extremely impressed both times by the team's professionalism, attention to detail, and desire to "get it right" regardless of the scope of the project.   My building hired this company to paint all the balconies in our building. It's been a disaster for a few of us, no one calls back , no one shows up to fix the damage, terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them. Maddy

  We used Munyan to paint the exterior of our home and inspect all windows that may have needed to be recaulked. They taped and used plastic on every window to ensure no paint got on the glass, They used paper from end to end on the pavers in the driveway and by the pool as to not get any paint on them and did an excellent job of cleanup when they finished. I Strongly recommend this extremely professional group of workers and very talented painters. We recommended them to paint our Son and Daughter in Laws home, which will take place very soon. IF there is a need for window washing, Jessica just finished my windows and they are so Clean and beautiful, she is a pleasure and such a HARD worker, Thank you Jessica!
