He was very professional and told me what his computer was looking for when checking out my older Reem AC unit. Unfortunately, it showed a leak, some whining noises and fans working too hard, but not giving adequate return. My unit is from 2011 with older technology. He explained my options, and since it was going to take some money to bring her up to date, I opted to replace the unit with a Goodman. Air Rescue offers financing to make the decision easier to handle. I was very happy I called them and recommend that you at least call them to service your AC.
