    I called for a diagnostic and was told by customer service the charge was 65$ anything further the tech will discuss pricing with you on the spot. the gentleman and he was a nice guy but not somebody you want to do business with. in about 10-15 finds the issue fixes it and comes to me with a bill after he already did the repairs without saying a single word to me. completely took away any chance to try to shop the best deal to get the repair done. this is some of the most disgusting behaviors I've seen when it comes to business taking advantage of people. I asked for a partial refund and even said they can keep the 65$ and charge me cost for the part to make up for this bad experience I was told the owner is not willing to do anything to make it better. so, all I can do is share my experience and suggest nobody does business with this company. if they did this to me who else have they done it to.
