- ABAly BucaroAug 17, 20221.0HRC never even got back to us with quote we had to reach out almost 2 weeks after our consultation on a Saturday and they said they would call us on Monday with the quote. Well it is now Wednesday and they still have not reached out. Very unprofessional and rude after they took up over an hour of our time for the consultation. I expect much better customer service. They also were rude during the consultation and shot down a lot of our ideas (that other contractors were happy to do for us). Would definitely not recommend this company.

First thing was that they actually spent the time with my family and really walked us through the process. On top of that, they were the only company that actually showed and let us see & feel all our options. Most importantly, they were always on time throughout the whole thing. They kept their promise on drop off dates and install times, and were very clean. God sent me Joe and his crew, and I am very thankful. I would highly recommend HRC to anyone and everyone. Don't waste your time and give these guys a chance.
