  I would recommend them 100%. Anthony was super knowledgeable and friendly. Very considerate and conscious of the home. Didn't leave a mess where he worked... he was amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Thank you over and over. Ill be using yall for any future needs.

  I had a great experience with Ace and their service tech Alan. Alan began with vacuuming the septic out first and realized it was a clog and said I didn't need the septic pumped. He told me to go flush my toilets. They worked. Therefore no pumping the septic was needed. As a result I only paid half price. Alan was friendly and personable. I will absolutely use ACE Septic again in the future.

  I contacted ACE to have my septic tank emptied when my toilets started gurgling. Their prices were very affordable and I had only heard great things about them. My only recommendation is to know exactly where your tank is before scheduling, especially if you're a new homeowner and want things to go smoothly. Things started off poorly when the first technician couldn't locate my septic tank. I had provided a property survey, so we knew where on the property it was, but he dug several holes in my drain field before leaving. I was disappointed and upset because I had to pay the $225 fee even though there was no obstruction to the tank. My brother came over afterwards and found the tank within 20 minutes, and it was about a foot away from where the first technician had been digging. Luckily, when I contacted the ACE office, they were very understanding in helping me get the situation resolved. They sent a second technician out a few days later and he had the job done in about 30 minutes. Sincere was very polite and efficient, and he did a great job filling the dirt back in! He also provided a detailed explanation on his recommendation for my septic system, answered all my questions, and provided thorough photos in my invoice so I could see the state of the tank. In the end, the office only had me pay the difference in cost for the original service, rather than the fee from the first visit and the cost of the service. I was really happy about this, and thanks to that, I will definitely contact them again in the future when I eventually need to replace my system!

  Took a friends recommendation to have our septic pumped by this company, and what a mistake that was. The tech was more concerned about some upgrade work to our pump verses doing the task at hand. Not sure if he pumped anything with how the area was left. Tank and pipes uncovered and exposed to the elements, for weather, gas and critters to compromise the system. Called at 7pm to talk to a manager or someone who can take care of the issue, was told someone would call me back in the morning. I decided to just call in the morning and first was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Its Friday and tomorrow is Saturday and my tank and pipes are open and exposed. Explained there was a strong gassy sewage smell in the master bath leaking into the bedroom, was told its not connected to the house (the pipes do flow into the house from the septic), that our septic wasn't up to code (which means our entire housing development isnt up to code & never had an issue with our usual septic place), then that the set up wasn't familiar to the tech (at that point, dont touch it and refund me). Instead it was left in poor conditions, but according to the operator the tech submitted photos that show it all covered up when he left. Clearly that wasnt the issue and they submitted a photo of the area when they arrived. Not sure if I should trust that the septic tank extraction was completed because the photos aren't coinciding with the actual results. Requested to be refunded in full to have another company come and take care of the task at hand. Was refused and then said a Field Manager would contact me. Four hours later called back to get an update and was placed on hold immediately for 5 minutes (number has been flagged) with a another promise. Jessica is rude and thinks my concerns regarding the situation is comical. Asking for a full refund and will have another company come out and do the job properly. Extemely dissatisfied with the integrity and work ethics of this company. I strongly believe they have caused damage instead of peace of mind. All this to save a little money in today's economy. Do not use this company in the future.

  I’m disappointed with my experience with ACE Septic. I initially called due to a clog in the main line between toilets. I explained that while the tank might be due for a routine pump, the primary issue seemed to be a blockage. A technician came out and performed a pump service, but the clog itself was not addressed, and the problem remained—I was still unable to properly use my plumbing. Immediately following the pumping of the tank (which was already approximately $400), I received estimates via text message, including $950 for permits and soil testing (without clear explanation) and $399 to snake the main line. When I spoke directly with a technician, I was also advised that I may need a full septic system replacement costing around $15,000. Given that the original issue had not yet been properly diagnosed or resolved, this felt premature and concerning. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion (thank goodness for good neighbors!), and the issue was resolved by clearing the clog and correcting some piping—without the need for major replacement. Based on my experience, I would have appreciated a more thorough initial diagnosis and clearer communication before being presented with significant additional costs.
