Recently, we had our Master Bedroom and Adjoining Sitting Room done in Luxury Vinyl Planking. Several weeks ago we noticed that a few of our planks had contracted leaving a gap in the flooring done THREE YEARS ago. I contacted Frank at LGKramer and sent photos. Frank send Marcus to reposition,repair and reglue the 3 planks that had contracted. Now….that is customer service! And this is why we are return customers and have referred LGKramer to friends. In today’s world, where there are so many unscrupulous contractors, cannot say enough about the integrity of LGKramer!
