  Melissa in service is always delightful and has great customer service and communication regarding service appointment ! Garfield, the technician is very thorough with the maintenance protocol, as well as being very friendly and communicative. I always know he will make sure my systems are at optimal capacity.

  I have used Ward's for 25 years. They have done excellent work, both with regular maintenance and also when we experienced one or two emergencies involving our HVAC unit.

  I recently had a spring maintenance check up of our Trane HVAC system. The tech was on time including a call to tell us he was on the way. Jared was thorough and professional and spent the time needed to touch all the bases on our system. I would highly recommend Wards and Jared.
