The appointment was initially scheduled for yesterday at 8 am, but was cancelled by their office due to staffing issues. I rescheduled for this morning at 8 am, but no one showed until almost 11 am! The quote I received was $1,000 more than what I received for a competitor and Dalton refused to provide me with a written copy of the quote! Approximately 15 minutes after the appointment had concluded, I received a knock on my door by Dalton, demanding an $89 service fee when I was specifically informed twice that the quote would be free. Of course, I refused to pay, but the lack of professionalism and ethics from Speedy Tech Services left me shocked!
